The first thing many people notice when they first begin to learn Spanish is that the structure of the Spanish language is a lot different than their own language. A lot of people want to learn how to speak Spanish because they are traveling to a Spanish speaking country for their holiday, or that the company they work for deals with a Spanish company. Many people who take their yearly Holiday in Spanish countries surely want to talk to their Spanish friends in their own language. Because a lot of people in these native countries can’t speak English very well you can be sure that they will appreciate it if you can speak Spanish so they can communicate with to properly.



A few good examples of some useful Spanish phrases which nearly everyone knows is hola which means hello and gracias which means thank you. If you have ever been to Spain the first thing you would of notice is how much friendlier the locals are compared to that of people from western countries.

If you are able to speak Spanish you could apply for much better jobs as a lot of company are looking for people who can speak Spanish. If you have ever been to a Spanish speaking country you would of noticed not a lot of people can speak English. Trying to do business with these countries could prove its self impossible if you are unable to speak in their language.

The learning of a foreign language is always difficult so you have to take care of the fact you will have to take a good education. Learning the words of a new language is not always the difficult part it’s getting the structure of the language most people find difficult.

When you first learned how to speak Spanish you more than likely went over how to say goodbye and hello, over and over again but did you know there’s more than one way to say it? When you first begin learning Spanish the first phrase you are likely going to learn to say is "hola" which means hello in English. Even thou this is a correct way of saying hello there are many other ways of saying hello.

Being able to say hello correctly is important due to the fact it’s the first thing you are likely to say in a conversation. To be able to have a full conversation you will need to use the correct phrases can set the right tone for the chat. When you speak to an elderly person you will use a different opening phrase than you would with a small child.

The main reason why you should learn how to say hello correctly in Spanish is do dant you don’t offend anyone by mistake by using the wrong phrase. Using improper greeting phrases can offend the other person in the conversation and it can make it very difficult to get the information you are seeking from the conversation. If you greet a person correctly in Spanish and there are a local most of their time they will show respect and help you get the information you need.

Saying buenas tardes for example is another way of saying hello in Spanish and which phrase you would use in the afternoon as this means good evening If you have contact with Spanish speaking people regularly you will pick the language up fairly quickly.
